The Way of the Tiger is a Diablo Clan dedicated to the unity of all Diablo players.  The Clan is divided into three tribes.  The Hammer of Light is dedicated to the destruction of all Player-killers, The Paladins of Honor are sworn to protect the sacredness of the Duel by striving to win and upholding honor, The Tiger's Sword is the army of The Way of Tiger and deals with all situations that involve other Clans.  When you join The Way of the Tiger you also join one of the sub-clans and are sworn to uphold its values.  Each of the three diablo classes and the three tribes has a leader.  These leaders work together for the ultimate goal of a unified Battle.net.  Only in following The Way of the Tiger can you become truly powerful.
